OMG! Brings back memories for me. We were without power for 12 days two years ago. At least we didn't have to cut our way out.
Pioneer life is not nearly as romantic as we might think it will be. You are in my thoughts!!!!

Glad you are ok. We have been in touch with a Eureka neighbor about the situation. Seems no trees are hitting our house, but we need to come check and turn the water off. Our place has electric everything and no generator yet. Take care and here's hoping you get power back soon! Your posts and pictures are such a great help to us.
