Playing in the Dye Pot...

 I spent yesterday playing with turning this white roving into pretty colors roving. I bought 10 lbs of roving a few months back.
 Can you say "PINK"? I am using Cushing Dyes for the color. Funny how the color looks so different  in the pot.
When you live in a apartment you have to make do with what you have.Two little wood latters in the shower as a drying rack.
I am going to have lots of new colors for needle felting.

I have gotten some whites so I can try dying roving, haven't dyed in ages and should do it while the weather is nice and i can dry outside.

I can't imagine how you can dye roving without ending up with a tangled mess at the end! LOL Maybe you can give us a tutorial some day - you're very clever to use the shower for your drying rack!
